Heat-reflective coated glass: Its core advantage is highly effective blocking of solar radiant heat, making it ideal for regions with hot summers and no central heating in winters. It is not recommended for frigid northern regions, as it will block beneficial solar heat in winters and increase heating energy consumption.
Solar control coated glass: Balances summer heat insulation and winter thermal insulation, suitable for regions with large annual temperature differences. High-transmittance models (prioritizing daylighting) or medium-transmittance models (prioritizing heat insulation) can be selected as required.

The custom lead time is determined by product type, specifications, dimensions and order quantity. The standard lead time for customization is 7-15 working days. For special specifications (e.g., extra-large size PV glass, laminated artistic glass with complex processes), the lead time is longer, approximately 15-30 working days. The exact lead time shall be subject to the order confirmation.

The delivery lead time for regular orders is consistent with the custom lead time (7-30 working days). Rush processing can be applied for if the following conditions are met:
1.Rush orders are limited to products with regular specifications or simple manufacturing processes; rush processing is not available for products with complex processes (e.g., laminated artistic glass, extra-large size PV glass).
2.Rush orders must meet the minimum order quantity requirement, and customers need to pay the rush processing fee in advance.

The schedule and requirements for repeat replenishment orders are as follows:
Replenishment orders must match the specifications and manufacturing processes of the original order for efficient production scheduling.
If the replenishment quantity is ≥10% of the total original order quantity, the same production priority as the original order will be applied; if the replenishment quantity is ＜10%, the order will be scheduled as a regular order.
The production lead time for replenishment orders is 3-10 working days, adjusted dynamically based on the replenishment quantity and current production capacity.

Core factors affecting delivery speed and corresponding avoidance solutions are as follows:
1.Product process complexity: Sufficient production lead time should be reserved for products with complex processes. It is recommended to sign the contract 1-2 weeks in advance to lock the production schedule.
2.Matching of order quantity and production capacity: For orders placed during peak seasons, confirm the production capacity schedule in advance, and the batch delivery mode can be adopted to reduce delivery pressure.
3.Logistics and inspection factors: Confirm the logistics plan and acceptance criteria in advance to avoid delays caused by acceptance disputes or logistics scheduling issues.
